I used to garden like the seed catalogs and books said. 

I hauled in fertilizer, tilled the beds each year, and dutifully bought new seeds (most of them patented and hybridized, so I couldn't save seeds for the following year.

Then I discovered regenerative horticulture, and completely changed my practices.

Today I talk about the keystone philosophy: Work with, not against nature.

I share three ways that I put that principle into practice in my garden.
