Sick to Fit Group Coaching
What's group coaching?
Simple. It's a weekly 1-hour call on Zoom with no more than 16 participants in which we focus on getting you to take the next step toward your health and fitness goals.
On your first call, you'll introduce yourself to the group and share your goals. You'll leave that first session with a simple action step, as well as insights into how you've been keeping yourself stuck.
On some calls, everyone in the group shares what they're working on as we support each other's progress. On other calls, I work with just two or three group members on issues that are helpful to everyone.
Everyone leaves each session with homework. If you're not willing to take the time to do it, this program isn't for you. The real work happens during the week between the coaching sessions.
You'll also receive access to a secret forum (NOT Facebook, so nobody's harvesting your data or trying to get you not to vote) where we can communicate with each other, and where I'll share the audio and video recordings of each call.
The recordings are deleted after 14 days to protect everyone's privacy.
“I love group coaching with Howard! I get so much out of the group experience, learning from each other's questions and goals and feeling the connection with the other coachees.
Howard uses techniques from his vast coaching toolkit to teach us skills to achieve our health and lifestyle goals and further our personal development.
I've done other types of coaching and self-help programs before, but the group coaching meetings for me are the most impactful and motivating. Highly recommended!”
How much does it cost?
Sick to Fit Group Coaching costs $100 per month, for between 4-5 hours of private live video coaching. We skip major holidays, and occasionally I will be on vacation and we'll either skip that week, have a session in which a group member steps up to facilitate, or I bring in another coach.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. After your first session, if you don't think the group and I can absolutely help you achieve your health and fitness goals, then we'll cancel the agreement and I'll refund your money immediately.
Can I think about it?
Of course. The only urgency is your own. I'll be here when you're ready.
A note on prices: If you're familiar with the Plant Yourself Podcast, you may wonder how I can keep producing a free weekly episode with zero advertising. Each episode takes about five hours a week to book, research, record, edit, and publish. I subsidize that effort - which reaches 10s of thousands of people who may not be able to afford my other products and services - by making a living wage through coaching, among other things.
Here's my experience through 17 years of self-employment: the people who know me the best are the ones who sign up the fastest. If you aren't sure (even with the no-risk guarantee), then you may want to wait until you get to know me better (and trust me more).
What's my next step?
If you're ready to commit to your health and fitness - even if it seems like you've always self-sabotaged up until now - then there's a button at the bottom of this page for you. It will take you to a page to schedule a 23-minute enrollment interview with me.
To protect my time, there's a nominal fee for the interview ($23), which is designed to filter out tire kickers, and bring me into conversation only with people who are serious about and committed to change. If either of us decides after the interview that laser coaching is not a good fit, you can get a refund of the interview fee.
